Terms of Reference

To promote the implementation of the WHO principles and concept of HP by undertaking the secretariat function of the International Network of Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services (HPH). |

To support countries in the introduction and monitoring of HP strategies and standards to patients, relatives and community. |
| 3. |
To support countries to further create evidence and identify successful HP activities related to patients, staff and community. |
| 4. |
To provide advice with regard to teaching and training of staff in evidence-based HP. |
| 5. |
To provide input to further development and implementation of best evidence-based practice for HP in hospitals and health services. |
